I. INTRODUCTION
This California Privacy Policy (“Notice”) supplements and is incorporated into the Deinde Financial Privacy Policy and applies solely to individuals who reside in the State of California (“consumers” or “you”). Deinde Financial (“Integra Credit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) adopts this Notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the “CCPA”), and other applicable California privacy laws. Any terms defined in the CCPA have the same meaning when used in this Notice.
Note Regarding GLBA and FIPA Exemption. Because we are subject to the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (“GLBA”), Fair Credit Reporting Act (“FRCA”), and the California Financial Information Privacy Act (“FIPA”), much of the personal information we collect in connection with our financial products and services is exempt from the CCPA. Your choices and rights with respect to our use and sharing of that information are governed by our general Privacy Policy.
II. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or household (“Personal Information”). Personal Information does not include: (a) publicly available information from government records; (b) deidentified or aggregated consumer information; or (c) information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, including health or medical information covered by HIPAA, and personal information covered by the GLBA, FIPA, or the FCRA.
In the 12 months prior to the effective date of this Notice, we have collected the following categories of Personal Information:
Category A: Identifiers (name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, IP address, email address, account name, Social Security number, driver’s license number, passport number).
Category B: Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. § 1798.80(e))(signature, telephone number, financial account information, insurance policy number).
Category C: Protected classification characteristics under California or federal law (age, race, national origin, gender, disability, citizenship, marital status, military or veteran status).
Category D: Commercial Information (records of products or services purchased, obtained, or considered).
Category E: Biometric Information.
Category F: Internet or other similar network activity (browsing history, search history, interactions with our website or advertisements)
Category G: Geolocation Data (physical location).
Category H: Audio, electronic, visual, thermal, olfactory, or similar information.
Category I: Professional or employment-related information (current or past job history, salary, income).
Category K: Inferences drawn from any of the above information to create a profile about a consumer reflecting the consumer’s preferences, characteristics, behavior.
Category L: Sensitive Personal Information (Social Security number, driver’s license, state identification, passport, precise geolocation, racial or ethnic origin)
III. SOURCES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We obtain Personal Information from the following categories of sources:
- Directly from you or your authorized agents (e.g., from forms you complete, applications you submit, or information you provide during the course of our relationship)
- Indirectly from you (e.g., from observing your actions on our website)
- Third parties that interact with us in connection with our products or services (e.g., credit bureaus, affiliates, lead generators and loan marketplaces, data analytics providers, internet service providers, operating systems and platforms)
- Government entities and public record sources
IV. BUSINESS PURPOSES FOR COLLECTION, USE, AND DISCLOSURE
We collect, use, and disclose Personal Information for the following business or commercial purposes:
- To fulfill the purpose for which you provided the information and to perform services or provide products you requested.
- To administer, operate, and manage your account or relationship with us.
- To evaluate your eligibility for the products and services we offer.
- To process transactions, payments, and requests, and to prevent fraud
- To create, maintain, customize, and secure your account with us
- To provide customer service and respond to your inquiries, including to investigate and address your concerns and monitor and improve our responses.
- To personalize your experience with us and to market our own products and service offerings to you, including by providing you with first-party advertising through our Website and, with your consent where required by law, via email or text message. We do not use Personal Information to deliver cross-context behavioral or interest-based advertising, and we do not build profiles about you across nonaffiliated websites for advertising purposes.
- To maintain the safety, security, and integrity of our website, the products we service, and technology assets.
- To conduct testing, research, analysis, and product development, including to develop and improve our Website, products, and services.
- To audit ad impressions and verify compliance with applicable standards
- To debug and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality
- To respond to law enforcement requests and comply with applicable law, court orders, or governmental regulations
- To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets
- As otherwise described to you at the point of collection or as permitted by the CCPA
We will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use Personal Information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
V. SALE, SHARING, AND DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
Much of the Personal Information we collect and disclose in connection with our financial products and services is subject to the GLBA, the FCRA, and FIPA and is therefore exempt from the CCPA. Our sharing of that information-including disclosures for our everyday business purposes, to offer and market our own products and services, to our affiliates for their everyday business purposes and so that they may market to you, and to nonaffiliated third parties so that they may market to you-is described in and governed by our GLBA Privacy Notice, which also explains the choices available to you to limit certain sharing. The categories of third parties identified below, and the confidentiality and use limitations applicable to them, reflect our obligations under the GLBA and our GLBA Privacy Notice rather than the service provider or contractor requirements of the CCPA.
We do not sell or share, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, your Personal Information.Any such disclosure is made only for a business or commercial purpose or as otherwise permitted under the CCPA.
We disclose Personal Information with the following categories of third parties:
- Affiliates, subsidiaries, and parent companies
- Service providers and contractors
- Internet cookie data recipients, like Google Analytics
- Partners, such as our lending partners who we provide loan servicing for
- Government agencies as required by law, regulations, or licensing requirements
- Other persons or entities with your direction or consent
In the 12 months prior to the “Last Reviewed On” date we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for a business purpose:

In the 12 months prior to the “Last Reviewed On” date we have not sold or shared any Personal Information.
We do not knowingly collect, sell, or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16 years of age.
VI. SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION
To the extent we collect Sensitive Personal Information, we do so only where required by applicable law, where necessary to exercise or defend legal claims, for legal or regulatory purposes, or where you have provided explicit consent.
We process Sensitive Personal Information solely for the purposes permitted by the CCPA, including to perform services reasonably expected by you, to maintain or service your account, to process transactions, to verify your identity, and to detect security incidents and prevent fraud.
We do not use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you.
VII. RETENTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
We retain each category of Personal Information based on the following criteria:
- Applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulatory data retention requirements (records may be kept longer if subject to a legal hold)
- The length of time necessary to accomplish the business purpose for which the Personal Information was collected, used, or disclosed
- Whether you exercise your right, subject to applicable exceptions, to request deletion of your Personal Information
VIII. YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
If you are a California resident, you have the following rights with respect to your Personal Information:
- The right to know what Personal Information we have collected about you, including the categories of Personal Information, categories of sources, business or commercial purposes for collection, categories of third parties to whom we disclose Personal Information, and the specific pieces of Personal Information we have collected;
- The right to delete Personal Information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions;
- The right to correct inaccurate Personal Information we maintain about you;
- If we sell or share Personal Information, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing;
- If we use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA and its regulations, the right to limit our use or disclosure;
- The right not to be retaliated against for exercising your CCPA rights.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices or rates, provide a different level or quality of goods or services, or suggest that you may receive different treatment for exercising your rights.
IX. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS
To exercise your right to know, delete, and/or correct your data please submit a verifiable consumer request to us by:

Only you, or a person legally authorized to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. To designate an authorized agent, you or the authorized agent must provide written authorization. We will verify the authorized agent’s identity and may request you to login to your account.
You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. We cannot respond to your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request. Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us.
We do not sell or share, as those terms are defined under the CCPA, your Personal Information.
We do not use or disclose your Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those allowed by the CCPA and its regulations.
X. RESPONSE TIMING AND FORMAT
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days total), we will inform you in writing of the reason and extension period. We will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable.
For data portability requests, we will provide your Personal Information in a machine-readable, readily usable format. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.

XII. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
We reserve the right to amend this Notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes, we will post an updated notice on our website and update the effective date. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
As stated above, we will not collect additional categories of Personal Information or use Personal Information for materially different, unrelated, or incompatible purposes without providing you notice.
