Credit Report Authorization
By continuing with the application process, you understand and agree that you are authorizing us, Integra Credit, to each obtain consumer reports and related information about you from one or more consumer reporting agencies, such as Clarity and LexisNexis.
You also authorize us to verify information in your application for credit, and you agree that we may contact third parties to verify any such information. You direct us to use your consumer reports to authenticate your identity, to make credit decisions, and for other related purposes.
You expressly authorize us to obtain consumer reports from consumer reporting agencies about you when you apply for credit and periodically throughout the term of your credit product, including in the month following the month when you pay off or otherwise satisfy the terms of your credit product. You expressly authorize us to use the information that we obtain from such reports to, among other things, market refinancings and other products to you, make decisions related to the servicing and collection of your account, measure how the credit product you obtained from us impacts your credit, perform other statistical analysis, and share information with you about your credit profile.
You also authorize us to use obtained consumer reports to determine your eligibility for any other products that they may offer or that you may apply for within 30 days after your initial application date and initial consumer report pull.
Consent to Receive Calls
By clicking "I Agree", you consent to receive calls (including SMS text messages) from Integra Credit regarding your account. Receipt of cellular phone calls (including text messages) may be subject to service provider charges. If you have listed a cell phone number above or provide an updated cell phone number, then you authorize Integra Credit to call (including sending SMS text messages) using an automatic telephone dialing system or prerecorded message to your cell phone number to provide account information and services regarding your Integra Credit loan. Integra Credit may follow up in order to assist you with completion of your application, address any technical problems associated in completing your application, notification of transaction approval, payment reminders and collection efforts. If you do not want to receive calls (including SMS text messages) about your transaction you can unsubscribe by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line "STOP Transaction Calls" or by calling a customer service representative at 855-345-5550.
CONSENT FOR ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES, RECORDS, AND DISCLOSURES ("E-Consent")

Introduction. You are submitting a request for consumer financial services from Integra Credit, LLC (hereinafter "we," "us," "our," or "Integra Credit"). To provide these services, we need your consent to using and accepting electronic signatures, records, and disclosures ("E-Consent"). This E-Consent notifies you of your rights when receiving disclosures, notices, and information via Integra Credit. By clicking "I Agree," "Next," or "Submit," or other links assenting to our terms, you agree that you received this E-Consent and that you consent to using electronic signatures, records, and disclosures. Additionally, by clicking "I Agree," "Next," or "Submit," or other links assenting to our terms, you consent to conduct transactions by using electronic disclosures, electronic records, and contract documents ("Disclosures").
Option for Paper or Non-Electronic Records. You may obtain a paper copy of any Disclosures by logging into your account at www.integracredit.com and printing a paper copy. You may also e-mail us your written request to Integra Credit, at email@example.com. We will provide paper copies at no charge. Integra Credit will retain all Disclosures as applicable law requires.
Scope of Consent. This E-Consent applies to all interactions online concerning you and Integra Credit and includes those interactions engaged in on any computer, electronic device, mobile device, including phones, smart-phones, fax machines, and tablets. Under this E-Consent, Integra Credit will process your information and interact during all online interactions with you electronically. We will also send you notices electronically related to our interactions and transactions.
Consenting to Do Business Electronically. Before you decide to do business electronically with Integra Credit, you should consider whether you have the required hardware and software capabilities described below.
Hardware and Software Requirements. To access and retain the Disclosures electronically, you will need to use the following computer software and hardware: A PC or MAC compatible computer or other device capable of accessing the Internet and an Internet Browser software program that supports at least 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft® Internet Explorer, Netscape ® or Mozilla Firefox®. To read some documents, you may need a PDF file reader like Adobe® Acrobat Reader. If these requirements change while you are maintaining an active relationship with Integra Credit, and the change creates a material risk that you may not be able to receive Disclosures electronically, Integra Credit will notify you of these changes. You will need a printer or a long-term storage device, such as your computer's disk drive, to retain a copy of the Disclosures for future reference. You may send us your written questions regarding the hardware and software requirements by e-mail to Integra Credit at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Withdrawing Consent. You are free to withdraw this E-Consent at any time and at no charge. However, if you withdraw this E-Consent before receiving consumer financial services, this will prevent you from obtaining consumer financial services from us. If at any time you wish to withdraw this E-Consent, you can send us your written request by e-mail to Integra Credit at email@example.com with the details of such request. If you decide to withdraw this E-Consent, the withdrawal will not affect the legal effectiveness, validity, and enforceability of prior electronic Disclosures.
Change to Your Contact Information. You agree to keep us informed of any change in your electronic address or mailing address. You may update such information by logging into your account at www.integracredit.com and providing the updated information. You may also send us your written update by e-mail addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
YOUR ABILITY TO ACCESS DISCLOSURES. BY CLICKING "I AGREE," "NEXT," OR "SUBMIT," OR OTHER LINKS, YOU ASSENT TO OUR TERMS.
